A deposit of one night's room rental plus tax is required within 10 days of making reservations or can be reserved by credit card. The balance will be due upon checkout. Cancellations or changes in reservations must occur within 14 days prior to scheduled arrival to avoid loss of deposit of one night's room rate plus taxes. Check in is by 8:00pm or credit card will be charged.

Holidays and special-event weekends require 2 night deposit plus tax and 2 night minimum stay. Early checkout will be charged for minimum of 2 nights. Cancellations or changes must occur at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival to avoid loss of deposit.
